Najma is a Research Associate at Park Square.
She is responsible for gathering market intelligence, identifying candidates and prospects, and mapping organizations and teams to support our searches across the education, life sciences, and technology industries. Najma graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Public Policy. While at Dartmouth, she was a research assistant in the Economics Department, the Editor-In-Chief of a student-run journal, and a senior tour guide for the Admissions office. Outside of work, she’s an editor for a print journal and enjoys reading, watching TV, and the outdoors.
